Roark began his career on Wall Street where his work centered around equity capital markets and investor engagement for businesses in industries including Financials, FinTech, and Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (a cross-sector product), and where he supported the raise of billions of dollars of capital over his tenure. In early 2019, launched his own Consulting Agency with the goal of bringing the skills and professionalism of Wall Street execution to startups, small businesses, and web3 projects that helps people plan, launch, and grow their businesses through business planning & strategic advisory, financial strategy & model development, and capital raise preparation & investor relations. Currently serves as a Chief Operations Officer with an additional element of Financial Planning support for Minxie.
